3. Solution – identify clear solution that investors can easily follow.
4. Market Size and Opportunity – summary of the market research
5. Product – the actual product or service your business is selling
6. Traction – all about the growth of your business—the numbers of sales you’ve made, the major goals you’ve achieved till now and the next steps.
7. Team – your core team members and their profiles
8. Competition – shows who your competition is, and why you are different from them.
9. Financials – Summary of 3 statement financials (actual and 5 year model/forecast)
10. Investment and Uses of Funds – what you are using the money for
