Growing Pepper
Peppers preferāÆrich, loamy soil. You can easily get this soil type by tilling in an inch or so of good, organic compost. Be careful with nitrogen, though. Peppers react well to nitrogen, growing so quickly that they are more disease-prone and won’t produce as much. Most peppers mature ināÆ60-90 days; hot peppers can take up to 150 days.Ā Ā
